Berg provided a turnkey replacement of ice rink refrigeration system for the Indiana Ice Arena, home of the Indy Fuel of the East Coast Hockey League. The arena is the first professional hockey organization to use Chemours Opteon XP10, the official refrigerant of the NHL. Scope of supply included two water cooled modular chiller packages, each with dual circuit chillers with two compact screw compressors, four brazed plate evaporators, four shell and tube condensers with refrigerant controls and electrical controls, installation, and start-up.
